Congestive Heart Failure Trainer: Position Opening
My client is a world leader in the design and development of cardiovascular solutions. Their products help patients with heart disease return to active and productive lives. They provide physicians with leading-edge technologies for improved patient management and clinical outcomes. And they've created a culture in which employees, investors and communities share in their success.

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota
Required Education: MS in related field (Instructional Design, Nursing, Engineering, Biomed, etc.)
Required Experience: Instructional design and delivery. Technical/clinical knowledge of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Other health care training experience considered.
Desired Experience: Cardiac rhythm management (CRM). Medical or technical writing experience.
Required Attributes: Team work, interpersonal skills, ability to deal with all levels of health care professionals, on a customer and colleague level.
Desired Attributes: Understanding of marketing/sales organization.
Responsibilities:
· Assess, design, deliver, and evaluate product training courses to ensure customers' technical competence. Prepare product primers and exams, present education programs to customers and colleagues.
· Act as consultant on CRM/CHF devices and training practices, work with department manager to maintain budget.
· Educate sales training staff on heart failure and CRM heart failure products.
· Participate in European launch of CHF product line by developing and presenting product information and primer.
· Educate US personnel on research study.
· Prepare and present training for US personnel.
· Prepare and present training for US customers (Cardiologists, nurses, etc.) on use of CHF products.
· Prepare and present training to sales force for CRM Marketing.
· Participate in worldwide training efforts of CHF products.
· Ongoing education efforts relating to CHF products.
